NATIONAL WORKSHOP: Fancher Chair SEE CORRECTED ADDRESS

TIMING: plan on getting to the Fancher Chair Company at 12:30 on Wednesday Jan. 12.
The tour will start at 1PM and will last for 1 1/2 hours.
With questions you can be sure to depart at 3:00PM or sooner allowing you to be back in Rochester by 5:30
FOOD: For lunch, Bruce Erickson suggests "Bell View East" at the corner of Work and Main Street. Alternatively, there are a number of fast fast food restaurants in the little town along with a Topps food market. The factory is a three-story red, metal clad building just one block off of Main Street. Bruce will be driving a white Honda Odyssey van & we will him at his van at the factory. For everyone's safety, we are suggesting that all participants be fully vaccinated for covid and "boosted". Also, bring hearing and eye protection.
Bruce Erickson former Chairman of Fancher Chair Company will host a tour of their high-end chair manufacturing facility in Falkener, NY. Note, please sign up for this no cost tour on our web site in order to facilitate carpooling. In addition, with strong interest, the number of participants may be capped.

Understand how chairs are made and observe craftsman machining, upholstering, assembling, and finishing chairs.
